Position Summary: Responsible for managing program coordination, resource planning and communicating with both U.S. and Chinese government officials and aviation companies for the US-China ACP.  This position reports to the ACP Program Director and works closely under the guidance of the Program Manager. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Organizes ACP monthly meetings
• Helps prepare US Trade and Development Agency (TDA) Grant Application (proposal) by working closely with ACP member companies (US aerospace companies), CAAC, and TDA
• Helps gain approval of TDA Grant Application by working with ACP members, CAAC, and TDA on the TDA Desk Study
• Monitors and assists ACP subgroups in ACP Projects implementation – TA (Technical Agreement) and Sub-contracts
• Miscellaneous duties such as organizing ACP events in coordination with AmCham Public Relations, assisting in budgeting process, preparing presentation slides as necessary

 

Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor degree with at least two-years experience in business administration or program management
• Fluent in speaking & writing English and Chinese
• Proficient in operating application software such as Microsoft Windows and Office
• Good at teamwork, communications skills, and self confidence.

• Prior working experience in the aviation industry highly valued
• Knowledge of current US and Chinese aviation policies and regulations highly valued
