Report To: National Technical & Service Director, China
Department: China Technical & Service Team SUMMARY
The Service Engineer (China) is responsible for providing technical support and machine service in China. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Travelling for providing service
· Repair, clean and test machine
· Train customers and other Field Service Engineers
· Perform preventive maintenance
· Complete expense reports
· Order and manage spare parts
· Order and manage calibration fixtures
· Implement field changes (i.e. upgrades, quality enhancements) EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS REQUIRED
1. University degree in mechanical.
2. Excellent co-ordination, communication, interpersonal skills
3. 2+ years related working experience
4. District managerial experience definitely is a plus MISCEALENOUS
1. Located in Beijing, Henan, Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi, Tianjing, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Ningxia, Neimenggu
