职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities:
- Clients closely communication for the completion of assignment;
- Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile;
- Candidate interview and write the report to client;
- Control the consulting service process quality;
- Training plan for Researcher & push the researcher to search talents;
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients;
- Help candidates to building career development and maintain relationship longtime.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, overseas experience is preferred;
- Minimum 5 years working experience as a consultant in consulting firm or in multination company;
- Have good relationship with society, especially in IT, Electronic and Chemical industry, witch GloBoLe focus on;
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills;
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, is essential;
- Strong learning and communication skill, capability to work under pressure and to be a leader.
