1. Management of all material activities including; on time purchasing, price/cost of material, scheduling and inventory control,负责管理材料活动，包括及时采购/采购批量和成本控制， 生产计划和库存控制
   
2. Develops, implements and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems.制定/执行和维护相关的方针政策/程序/材料控制系统
   
3. Develop and maintain systems to achieve 95% inventory accuracy 确保95%的库存准确率
   
4. Monitor and manage all levels of inventory including: obsolete, slow moving, and excess inventory.监督和管理报废/缓慢周转以及多余的库存。
   
5. Ensure BOM's, routings and scheduling are coordinated and match. 确保BOM ，工时和计划的准确率并相匹配

7. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 要求

1. 8 years working experience in material or supply chain management, 5 years experience working with a foreign company. 8年以上的材料和供应链管理经验，5年以上的外企工作经历
   
2. Strong knowledge and experience working with ERP 精通ERP
   
3. Strong lean manufacturing background 很强的精益制造的背景
