Position: Program Manager
Location: ASIMCO HQ,
Report to: Director of Program Management and New Business Development
Responsibilities:
l Lead new programs from business win to production launch;
l Drive clarity by defining and prioritizing the program objectives, critical success factors and deliverables for the team;
l Work with cross functional teams at the customer and within ASIMCO (Sales, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Production, etc.), follow up timeline of the whole program;
l Motivate the team and drive a sense of urgency on meeting program commitments, and mediate cross functional disagreements;
l Responsible for leading financial models and cost estimating for new requirements;
l Ensure programs are launched that meet all cost, quality and delivery;
l Maintains continuous communications with internal and external customers to address requirements and concerns;
l Understanding of customer requirements related to APQP, QS, TS, ISO, Quality and Warranty, etc.
Qualification & Requirements:
l Demonstrated experience/success at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule and budget;
l Demonstrated experience in tracking Milestone deliverables, integration step deliverables;
l Skilled at developing and driving program risk mitigation plans, solutions and closure;
l Demonstrated ability to develop these solutions by gathering the necessary fidelity of info/solutions and ideas;
l Experience in automotive quality systems (i.e. ISO14001, QS9000, TS16949);
l Good command of both Chinese and English oral and written skills;
l Good analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills;
l Good knowledge of application of MS Project, Word, Excel and Power point;
l Problem solving in high-pressure situations;
l Bachelor degree, master degree preferred;
l 5+ years relative working experience in program management or Engineering function preferably in automotive, mechanical or electric industry.
