· Prosperous Career Growth Opportunity and excellent Remuneration Package Our client is one of the leading international banks with strong presence in Cash management and trade financing in China.  With prosperous expansion in China, they are now looking for dynamic, energetic and professional candidates to join its Chinese team. Main Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain product strategy for existing cash management products.
· Manage product platforms through successful partnerships with sales, delivery, and support business partners to drive growth and improvements in product offerings.
· Manage product P&Ls and associated drivers and metrics that support them.
· Complete competitive analysis for existing cash management products; identify and prioritize gaps.
· Develop and manage cash management product presentations and demos.
· Develop and maintain sales collateral and sales tools for existing cash management products.
· Network Manager in China for the bank to undertake the role of buyer of cash services within China. Responsibilities to include the development and management of in-country preferred banking partners to offer joint cash management solutions to our clients and support the bank’s growth plan.
· Navigate in-country regulatory and compliance changes in order to evaluate and assess impact to the cash management products.
· Provide subject matter expertise advice in defining new requirements and enhancements to existing cash management products. Ideal Candidate should have · Minimum of 5 years of Chinese Treasury Management  product experience working for either a global or local bank
· Structured and organised with a track record in delivering strategic projects which required liaison with individuals at different levels within the organisation.
· Present a professional image and attitude at all times – this is a client-facing role.
· Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
