Essential Duties & Responsibilities
工作职责和范围：
1.Daily work of regional HR including Labor Contract, Social insurance and so on.
区域人事的日常工作，包括劳动合同的签订、社会保险的缴纳等
2.Organize and support employee communication, training and activities
员工交流、培训和活动的组织与跟进
3.Employee Recruitment

4.HR policy implementation and improvement

5.Keep in touch with other departments managers and give feedback in time

6.HR Project support including performance management, orientation and entry& exit interview.)
