• Provide technical support during business development and project identification and bidding, such as preparing water/wastewater treatment process design, engineering cost estimate, quotation, and technical exchanges with potential clients.
• Conduct project kick-off preparation and coordination for various subcontractors on schedule.
• Participate and provide strong support to any relevant consulting projects such as review and advisory services for feasibility studies, technical report preparation, design drawings, technical specifications, and site construction supervision.
• Prepare proposals for commercial and industrial project work including defining the scope of work, project approach, technology selection, cost and resources estimates, review and negotiate (as required) contract conditions and requirements.
• Monitor technical and financial aspects of projects and provide regular progress reports.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports that document comprehensively professional advice and recommendations.

  Reporting Relationships:   Report to Manager, Water, Wastewater & Resources   Qualifications：  

• Bachelor degree (essential) in civil, electrical, mechanical, chemical or safety engineering, or in safety program
• Completed training courses and certificates issued by the local construction authorities in terms of site construction safety, registered professional safety engineer (highly desirable)

  Skills：  

• Commitment in coordination and communication
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Presentation skills including training material preparation and presentation in public. 
• High level proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Lotus Notes)

  Knowledge in：  

• Industrial Water & Wastewater Treatment Processes
• Membrane Separation Technologies (MF/UF/NF/RO)
• Storm water Management
• Water Quality Compliance
• Effluent Discharge Permitting
• Treatment System Optimization
• Troubleshooting
• Operation and Maintenance of Wastewater Treatment System

  Experience：  

• Minimum 3 years industry experience including areas of occupational health, industrial hygiene, operational safety and environmental management systems.
• Experience in engineering design (preliminary and detailed plans), preparation of bidding document including technical specifications and engineering plans, as well as project management during construction, installation and commissioning.
• Experience in working for multinational companies
