This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer wishing to join a well established China practice at a leading European law firm. Candidates must be qualified in Hong Kong with at least 3-5 years experience. Must have extensive cross-border M&A expertise gained at international or top local law firm. Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
