1.Manage a team of Project Managers and Research Executives to develop and maitain a list of key clients
2.Be in charge of the whole research project and provide ad-value research advice and consultation, from client briefing, proposal writing, questionair/discussion guide design, analysis till to report writing and presentation
3.Work closely with clients and provide professional client service to maintain a good relationship with the clients and develop new business leads
4.Manage the progress of research project in liaison with operations to ensure the smooth execution and high quality
5.Assign job within the team, manage performance of team members, ensure work productivity and develop the team capability
6.Actively involved in training and coaching junior researchers
7.Actively involved in organization development discussion and planning Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above majoring in sales and marketing, statistics, etc.
2.At least 5 years working experience with at least 2 years in market research management.
3.Organized, logical, analytical, and detail oriented, with strong business acumen.
4.Advanced computer skills – technical proficiencies in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
5.Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills 
6.Optimistic, Diligent, Reliable, Responsible, Pro-active and able to work well under pressure independently
