Do you seek opportunities in a boutique, specialist marketing firm? Our client, a Recruitment Marketing Firm is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Account Manager to service an existing major account. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Attending client briefs and fully understanding their objectives and aims.
  
• Advising on production capabilities as well as offering creative solutions and alternatives.
  
• Liaising with internal creative staff to ensure that the work is done in line with the clients' expectations as well as offering critical creative advice on everything from design to copywriting.
  
• Preparation of presentation materials as well as presentation of creative options to the client when necessary.
  
• Monitoring the production of marketing collateral to ensure quality is maintained throughout.
  
• Participation in on-site filming or photo-shoots.
  
• Ensuring timely delivery of finished products to the client and measuring feedback and success for the reference of future campaigns.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in an account management role working with various media as well as understanding the production process for a variety of marketing collateral from posters to brochures and corporate gifts.
  
• A willingness to get more engaged in the creative role with this account. Whilst your role is primarily as an Account Executive, we are a small firm and we work as a team on everything creative. We value input and encourage participation from all around us in the creative process.
  
• Native Mandarin and excellent spoken English skills
  
• The right personality. If your experience and education are up to the task, you will be asked to complete an online Psychometric Assessment prior to interviewing.
