Targeting mainly Human Resources (Recruitment) Managers, the role will entail telephone, email and in-person contact with the target group. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in social networking, and the ability to not only present concisely the services and solutions offered by the firm but the ability to listen and understand the current challenges of the clients in the areas of staff recruitment and retention. Our products include CLUES psychometric assessments and HRSmart, an applicant tracking system (ATS). We also provide consulting services, such as psychometric audits and recruitment process re-engineering. Having gained a full understanding of the firm's service capabilities and solution offerings, the candidate must be capable of packaging solutions that meet the clients' needs and presenting them in a professional manner either on paper or in person to the client. Full support from the existing team will be given to the design and presentation of sales proposals and creative pitches. We are looking for people who have at least three years experience in the HR market, with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process. Headhunters, HR consultants and others with a solutions sales background would be suitable candidates. The successful candidate will be willing to work in a small, friendly and supportive team environment with a broad spectrum of tools and media but in the very specific business area of staff recruitment. Compensation will include monthly basic pay plus high commission.
