· Prospecting and recruiting
· Meeting monthly sales target
· Take part in sales and Marketing activities
· Provide after sale service to each customer
· Provide professional education consultation to parents concerning the children's development and maintain customer relationship
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree & above majoring in education is preferable
· Good command of English (level 4 or above)
· Minimum 2 years of sales or service background
· Love working in Early education field and stay with children
· Approachable and enthusiasm
· Professional in experience and demeanor
· Patient, care for the details,have strong sense of responsibility
· A good communicator as well as a good listener
· A quick leaner,willing to accept new things
工作职责
· 完成每月的销售指标
· 参与和支援相关销售和市场活动
· 提供给客户细致的服务，维持良好的客户关系
· 和父母就孩子的发展情况进行分析并给予专业的早期教育咨询
入职要求
· 大学本科或者以上学历 (教育专业尤佳)
· 有良好的英语听说读写能力（英语4级或者以上）
· 二年以上销售或服务行业工作经验
· 热爱早期教育行业以及和孩子在一起的工作
· 具有亲和力、热情对待客户，有强烈的责任感
· 善于表达和倾听
· 注重细节，专业性强
· 具有很强的学习能力，能够很快的接受新鲜事物
