He/she will be proficient in one or more products within a brand. An associate consultant may be mentored by a senior consultant during a service delivery engagement which would includes Q&A feature/function testing, basic production installation or configuration, documentation, and solution customization. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and configuration of CA technology to meet customer requirements during Trials and/or implementations according to CA's Best Practices.
• Assist in the resolution of customer technical issues during engagement.
• Assist in developing, maintaining and implementing product based customization solution during engagement with both CA product technology and common technology such as HTML, Java Scripts and web service.
• Complete schedules, time reporting, project status and any other documentation required in a timely manner.

Job Requirement:

• BS degree major in Computer Science or Information Technology or above
• Good communication both of English and Chinese in oral and written
• 3+ of years of professional programming experience in a Web based development environment;
• Experience in report building, Web Service, XML, ASP, Java and Java Script and other Web application technologies.
• Experience in databases administration and management, for one or more DB products: SQL, Oracle, etc
• Preferably with knowledge in ITIL and IT Service management.
