职位描述/要求：
Job Responsibilities
· Maintain good relationship with clients and deliver good service to clients to ensure continued subscription of IMS services.
· Prepare customized presentation/summary analysis of IMS data to improve customer satisfaction.
· Follow up with clients for any data related issues.
· Develop accurate report and submit to clients on time.
· Provide support to the Account Manager to achieve the revenue target.
· Provide training to internal new colleges and external clients on the software and usage of IMS data.
· Other client service responsibilities assigned by direct supervisor/manager.
Jobholder's Requirements
· Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Medical or relative is preferred
· Minimum one year's relative working experience is a plus.
· Familiar with PC operation, esp. MS office.
· Good English & Chinese communication skills, both in written and verbally.
· Pleasant and mature personality, proactive and cooperative business behavior.
· Being analytic and problem-solving.
· Basic statistics knowledge preferred.
· Eager to learn and being a fast learner.
