The company also maintains a strong presence in Asia with operations in Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong and China mainland. In order to enhance the corporate image, and that of its customers, the company maintains high and consistent standards for facilities, equipment and employees. 

To consistently support its business growth and expansion, the company is seeking a skillful logistics and supply chain operational specialists with competency and confidence. To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate the followings:

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • Proven track record of taking action and delivering results. 
  • Previous experience in change management and project implementation preferred.
  • Experience with SAP and all Microsoft office applications. 
  • Constructive and effective communication skills; must be bi-lingual in Chinese and English, reading and writing.
  • High standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism.
  • Able to lead multi-functional teams and to achieve measurable results though a team based environment.
  • Ability to continuously improve operations and systems to ensure a safe workplace.
  • A focus on customer service and the skills to attain excellent levels of service.
  • Minimum 5 years in Operations Management in multi-national company environment.
  • University graduate in Logistics Management, Business or related major; degree  is preferred.
  • Exhibit a high level of commitment and initiative to positive achievements.
  • International capable presentation skills; experience in communicating with senior level management.
