工作职责：
1. 管理客户服务及系统数据组的工作。
2. 熟悉配送中心各方面的运作、协助运作主管的工作。
3. 从系统上支持配送中心的运作。
4. 完成KPI等报告，并归档。
5. 系统日常维护。
6. 制定并监督实施客户服务及系统数据组的工作流程

职位要求：
1. 大专或以上学历。
2. 两年以上物流行业相关工作经历，熟悉仓库库存系统操作（WMS, SAP, ERP等）及KPI报表的制作。
3. 较强客户服务意识，良好的人际沟通能力。
