4、客户关系维护，成交客户全程服务工作。 岗位要求： 1、全日制本科及以上学历，30岁以下；
2、有别墅或高档楼盘租售经验；
3、具亲和力，工作责任心强，勤奋，形象气质好；
4、思路清晰，语言表达沟通能力强；
5、具有较高的综合素质和独立处理事务的能压力；
6、适应能力强，能承受一般性的工作压力；
7、工作地点以CBD为主。
8、公司所有客户均为外籍客户，要求英语、德语、朝鲜语、日语、西班牙、法语等其中一种语言熟练。 post responsibility 1. Marketing investigation and advertisement distribution.
2. Property introduction.
3. Resposible for clients' telephone, visiting, signing the lease and after-sale services.
4. Keeping clients' relationship,and the process of completing a contract. post requirement: 1. Full-time colleage education or over undergraduate degree,under 30 years old.
2. Renting and selling experience for villa and top quality property.
3. Appetency, being responsible for work, diligent, good appearance and temperament.
4. Clearly thinking ,fluently communication.
5. High comprehensive quality and independent ability of dealing business .
6. Strong ability of adjustment for high pressure work.
7. Main working space is CBD.
