Financial Analyst 1 (1 people)
Job Description
Position Description:
- Generate industry specific financial ratios and fundamental information.
- Prepare formulas for earnings estimate calculation.
- Review and verify the accuracy of the financial data.
- Prepare data collection procedures for financial information and macro economic indicators and industry data.
- Fundamental information and financial data mining from all kinds of sources, like financial report, industry statistics and other public available sources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance, or equivalent experience required.
- Solid knowledge about accounting principles, Chinese Accounting Standard and CSRC regulations.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in a financial environment.
- Expert understanding of three financial statements, financial analysis tools and structure of financial report.
- Experience in financial information clustering and data processing.
- Good knowledge of international accounting standard and US GAAP.
- Knowledge of Oracle database.
- Must be proficient with Excel.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Able to interact with clients at various levels, both technical and non-technical, and be a team player.
- Capable of functioning efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Financial Analyst 2 (2 people)
Job Description
Position Description:
- Generate calculation formulas for all kinds of risk and return indicators.
- Generate mathematical model for the setup of technical indicators.
- Design valuation models for stock, bond, warrant, and option, etc.
- Prepare description documents for database and software developers on the chart flow of market information.
- Review and verify the accuracy of the result.
- Oversee the data production process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance/ Mathematics, or equivalent experience required.
- Expert understanding of market data on price & volume, and index
- Sold knowledge about stock, bond, fund, index, warrant, option and futures.
- Solid knowledge about technical indicator calculation and formula setup.
- Solid knowledge about risk and return, e. g., calculation of α, β, adjusted α, and β for single stock and portfolio
- Solid knowledge of mathematical model in financial instrument valuation.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in a financial environment.
- Experience in market data clustering and processing.
- Knowledge of SZ & SH stock exchange trading rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of Oracle database.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Able to interact with clients at various levels, both technical and non-technical, and be a team player.
- Capable of functioning efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
