本职位仅限大四本科生申请
Responsibilities:
1. Market analysis
· Take into account the competitive, regulatory environments
· Take into account the customer expectations, needs and behavior patterns
· Initiate economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services
2. Customer strategy
· Participate in setting up the appropriate customer segmentation
· Participate in definition of plans, methods and tools to acquire new customers
· Work on plans, methods and tools to build customer loyalty program and increase customer value
3. Products and services offer
· Participate in definition and launch of products and services in coordination with other departments, as processing, IT, risk, audit, etc.
4. Distribution strategy
· formulate and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree specialized in Bank Finance/ Marketing / International Business related
· Language: Chinese and English, possible French
· Good knowledge of Chinese banking market, interest in marketing and sales, active listening, critical thinking, originality, creativity, coordination, decision making and communication.
