• In order to ensure the cost model data helping to pricing and controlling cost, under the guide of cost analysis team of AP, collect, deliver and analyse data of net cost model correctly and timely
• 为了保证公司成本模型数据有助于公司定价和成本控制，在亚太区成本分析项目组的指引下，准确及时收集、报送和分析网络成本模型数据
• In order to update net fee agreement timely, meeting the expectation of shareholders, take part in related negotiation, and provide data support and analysis
• 为了确保网络费协议及时更新，满足股东双方的意愿，参与有关的谈判，并提供数据支持和分析
• In order to count the net expenditure correctly, settle timely, count and check net expenditure monthly, and analyse if necessarily
• 为保证公司的网络费计算准确，结算及时，每月进行网络费的计算和复核，并进行相关的分析
• In order to improve the financial managing level, under the guide of cost control, improving financial working quality and efficiency, find work procedure, financial systems, problems in internal control, and put forward improving advices
• 为了公司财务管理水平的提高，在成本控制、提高财务工作质量和效率策略的指引下，发现工作流程、财务系统、内部控制中的问题，提出改进建议
• In order to ensure net expenditure model work rationally, organize related plan, communicate in company, control the progress of entire job
• 为保证网络成本模型数据报送工作合理有序，在公司内部进行有关的计划、组织、协调和沟通，控制整个工作的进度
• In order to ensure the correction of counting net expenditure, predict and provide unit cost and counting means of net expenditure
• 为了保证网络费预算准确，预测和提供网络费单位成本及计算方法
• Improve the analysis level of area net expenditure, provide technical guide, organize training and information communication
• 为了提高区域对网络费的分析水平，负责提供技术指导，组织相关培训和信息交流

Qualifications

• Strong management and financial accounting skills.
• 具有坚实的管理会计和财务会计基础和技能；
• Strong analytical ability and sensitive to the data fluctuation.
• 分析能力强，对数字变动非常敏感；
• Good command of accounting software and office software.
• 熟练掌握财务软件及办公软件的应用；
• Excellent presentation skills and coordination skills.
• 良好的表达能力和协调能力；
• Excellent communication skills (English and local language), spoken and written. (At least CET-6 level)
• 出色的口头和书面沟通能力，包括英语(大学英语6级以上)及普通话。
• At least 3 years experience in a related capacity
• 3年以上的相关工作经验
• Degree in Finance or Economics related major, or above
• 财经类或相关专业本科以上学历
• Accountant Certificate, CPA or ACCA (preferable)
• 会计师资格，CPA或ACCA优先
• Experience in logistics or relevant industry (preferable)
• 物流行业或相关行业工作经验（优先考虑）
