Sales administration: (50%)
2 Daily assistant to Sales Manager, including contacts management, documentation, sales data maintenance, and travel arrangement, hotel & air-ticket reservation.
2 Gather the sales information, submit the monthly or other required sales report timely
2 OIB system daily operation and maintenance, answer internal queries and customer queries on order processing
2 Support Sales manager of the relevant activities, including exhibition, sales events, customers meeting, etc.
2 Maintain sufficient office supply, including office equipment and facilities daily maintenance; compiling visitor schedules, meeting arrangement
2 Distributes and records all in and out mails and faxes, delivers them to the right persons.
Financial administration: (50%)
2 Ensure all accounting transactions entries of Beijing Office are in Oracle System, includes A/P, A/R, G/L, handle tax payment as required
2 Works closely with accounting headquarter in
2 Prepare all trade contractor and vendor invoices for payment
2 Perform the fix assets daily management and transaction process in accounting system.
2 Timely submit the finance report by monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Job Specification:
2 Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance Subject
2 At least 2 years experience as Accounting generalist
2 Good written and oral English skills
2 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2 Good team player, self-motivation, good integrity and working attitude
