Lead multiple disciplines Engineering team of project
Communicate with global offices on Scope of Work,Engineering Man-hours Estimate,Manning, Design Progress Report and Measurement issues
Develop Outsourcing Engineering and Design Work Execution Plan (Review & Inputs)
Assist in identification and"actioning"of Gap in quality of Engineering work,design knowledge and Design Practice and Procedures between WorleyParsons Global Offices and Beijing
Provide guidance to design group ensuring quality of Engineering work, international design practice and procedures are met
Other duties functionly similar to Project Engineering Manager of Engineering Companies.
Requirements:
Engineering degree (i.e. Mechanical, Chemical, Instrument,Electrical or Civil)
8+ years post-graduate Engineering and Design Experience in Oversea Projects and/or China domestic Engineering company (Design Institute) Experience in any of Petrochemical,Chemical,Petroleum Refinery,offshore platform,Power plant,Metal and Mining projects
Familiar with International Engineering Company's design practice and procedure
Solid Design Knowledge in His/Her own discipline with good knowledge in International standards and codes
Starting His/Her career as an Engineer or Designer in Engineering company is prefered.
Candidate with US,Canada,and Australia Engineering Company working experience will be considered with priority
Quite Good English in oral,reading and written.
