A worldwide leading UK Engineering company, mainly focus on the business of stream system

 

Location: Shanghai or Beijing

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Manage a team of 4 sales in China region focus on selling to Oil & Petrochemical clients. 
• Draw up sales strategy and lead team to achieve sales target. 
• Develop and build up good relationship with all levels of clients. 
• Report to China Sales Director.

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.  
• 3-5 years sales experience to Oil and Petrochemical industry selling related mechanical equipment or components such as control valves, instrumentation, steam pumps and filters etc. 
• Good direct selling background in China. 
• Strong people management skills. 
• Proven sales track record in OPC industry and industry network. 
• Outgoing, confident candidate with presence, result-orientated, dynamic and highly motivated. 
• Must have good oral and written English ability
