• 负责产品原料的采购及与供应商的日常联系；
• 对供应商进行品质体系评估和对老供应商的审核；
• 参与市场调查及对供应商考察，保证采购原料的质量；
• 负责价格谈判，制定商业采购合同，对供应商的表现进行考核，对供应商业绩的持续改善负责；
• 降低库存原料积压，生产物资呆滞料与废料的预防及处理，做好原辅料付款计划及报表；
• 协助其它部门员工的工作；

具体要求：

• 相关专业本科以上学历，具备生产管理及开发等相关的专业知识和技术；
• 至少2年以上制造企业生产管理经验；
• 个人拥有良好的谈判技能；
• 具有强烈的团队合作精神和敬业精神，能适应经常出差；
• 较好的个人能力，组织能力以及良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力；

Responsibilities

• To maintain the operational daily relation between suppliers and his entity；
• To finalize the corresponding supplying conditions and improvement plans with suppliers；
• To maintain the continuity of supply and technical quality, preventing interruption of the flow of materials and components to the entity；
• To participate with the technical and industrial department to the certification process of suppliers selection.；
• To be involved in price negotiation, quality service；
• To establish commercial contract and follow-up suppliers performances.；

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Major in mechanical with bachelor degree；
• Have more project experience；
• At least 2 years relevant working experience；
• Good communication and negotiation skills；
• Good spoken and written English；
