· Monitor the effectiveness of each Team Member against agreed targets and ensure the necessary coaching, training and support is put in place to optimise individual & team performance.
· Communicate regularly with your team members & Senior Team Leader with regard to sales & marketing campaigns, business & product updates etc.
· May be required to perform telemarketing duties as and when needed.  Key Requirements : · Along with a degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
· Ability to demonstrate leadership in a dynamic telesales call centre environment
· Proven excellent sales track records and management skills with strong customer service focus
· Performance management and coaching competencies
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Bilingual in English & Chinese
· This position will be based in Beijing
