职位描述/要求:
Main Activities· Share customer account knowledge with the team.
· Co-ordinate team activity with in Named Accounts
· Achieve minimum annual assigned quota.
· Selling product specialised enterprise solutions at senior levels.
· Providing territory management activities such as: sales call reports, normal territory analysis, updating the sales and marketing database, timely forecast and expense reporting and territory insight.
· Responsible for the promotion, prospect development and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.
· Arranging and conducting product demonstrations.
· Achieving new sales quotas and maintaining call rates with established customers in an assigned territory, to defend those accounts from competitors’ activities.
· Negotiating price and volume discounts within well-defined schedules and guidelines.
· Monitoring and reporting competitors’ sales activities in the territory.
· Contributing to multi product sales achievements.
Skill· Fluent in English
· Strong persuasive skills.
· Extensive product knowledge.
· Good knowledge of Mainframe environment
· Good Planning and administration skills.
· Ability to negotiate complex sales at all levels.
· Proven selling skills with several year annual quota attainment and the ability to qualify prospects; through the sales cycle.
· Excellent written and oral presentation and communications skills (English and Mandarin).
· Strong analytical skills and able to create and present a business justification
· Capable of managing the monthly pipeline and the reports for the designated territory
· Able to develop, present and implement a territory plan
· Capable of coordinating pre-sales technical support and manage the workshops
· Self motivated and capable is working alone as well as in a team.
· Knowledge of and commitment to EEO, Inclusion and OH&S policies and procedures.
· Required 5+ years successfully selling software or hardware products to IT senior management.
· Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
· Knowledge of one or more of Compuware’s products, or an overall understanding of the Compuware range of products.
