Trainee Managers spend their first six months at BCI Asia developing research and business-development skills within a management training program that requires them to be stationed for at least a week in an overseas office of BCI Asia. During this initial phase of training they learn how to engage and consult the leaders of companies providing technologies and services for building and construction projects. Trainee Managers hone their skills as dynamic professionals sharing BCI Asia's vision of creating efficient construction markets.

After passing the Development Program, successful Trainee Managers will be selected to attend an international leadership workshop before being promoted to a Management Position with significant line responsibility.

Suitable candidates for Trainee Manager positions will have achieved excellent results at university and have demonstrated their dedication, leadership ability and creativity in employment, through publication or through community involvement. Candidates must be fluent in English and Mandarin both written and oral.
