• Participate in consulting projects from proposal preparation to project delivering, and final reporting.
• Conduct research studies on specific issues related to various projects.
• Conduct interviews with senior levels officials, sector experts, companies top management, etc.
• Achieve highest client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant management consulting experience.
• College or above degree in business administration/management/finance, from top tier universities. Overseas education and international background is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese language (good written and oral communication in Italian language is a plus).
• Capability to work independently, as well as part of a team in order to successfully accomplish projects' objectives.
• Ability to plan and execute work with minimal supervision.
• Proactive and practical personality together with capability to work under pressure and in multi-tasking.
• Flexibility to work overtime and availability to travel in China according to project needs.
