• Daily office administration;
  
• Manage project information and documents
  
• Translation of technical and commercial documents;
  
• Make calls, appointments, receive visitors, transmit messages,
  
• Make travel arrangements;
  
• Purchasing office supplies, liaise with IT Service company;
  
• Prepare expense books and process payments;
  
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• University degree, graduate from foreign language major is preferred;
  
• With work experience is advantage, preferably with some experience in CDM;
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese;
  
• Dedicated to the business: hard working, team-player, flexible, inventive;
  
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with Word, Excel and Power Point;
  
• Ability to work accurately, with minimal supervision, under deadline situations in a fast paced environment;
  
• Occasional evening and weekend support required;
