2. Delivers a Crop Business Plan with 5 year scope
3. Delivers an annual marketing plan including assortment management, promotion and action plan
4. Derives product profiles based on market requirements and negotiates and contracts them with Product Development
5. Creates a trait value based rock bottom price list that is competitive and drives gross margin
6. Collects and manages all relevant market information for the assigned crop
7. Delivers active input in international platforms concerning Chinese market information (GCU, Business planning)
8. Delivers technical information towards the sales team (product descriptions, crop instructions, claim advices)   Competence能力要求:   1. Ability to take accountability, to feel responsible
2. Ability to collect and monitor a large amount of information and to deliver it organized ‘on demand’
3. Sales ability/persuasiveness
4. Ability to build and lead a successful team
5. Ability to organize and plan and to follow up on plans
6. Ability to translate problems into solutions (‘can do’ mentality)   Job Requirement任职资格:   1. At least 5 years related experience in marketing
2. Preferably experience working in an international company
3. Horticultural background, preferably good crop knowledge
4. Fluent English
5. Min. Bachelor degree
6. Willingness to travel intensively (mostly domestic)
