职位描述/要求：
Job Role 工作职责：
Sales focused :
1. To Sell current S&G flower seeds to customers, using the high value pricing concept and the price structure set by the company;
2. To collect and analysis all aspects of flower market information (assortment , distribution, promotion , pricing and sales)
3. To Explore Chinese Flower Seeds Market, to maximise sales in accordance with business plans ; A key part of this management will be the sales planning;
Team management
1. To manage the flower salesteam in main cities in China to achieve the yearly sales target set by the company ;
2. To develop an optimal local distributors who can implement our high value sales policy in selling our seeds to end-users.
3. To develop the market for our flower seeds by communication to the local garden bureau and other appropriate organisations;
Technique support
1. To conduct the trials ( sales & promotion ) according to product plan made by product manager; to define the ‘Unique Selling Points’ of each variety compared to the main competitor varieties (to the salesteam)
2. Develop the cultural techniques of the end-users to allow them to achieve the value contained within our seeds ( to distributors and growers )
Job Requirement任职资格:
1. 5 years experience in Horticultural business in Sales & Marketing；Better to have international Horticultural industry experience；
2. Ability to communicate effectively verbal and in writing；
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English ；
4. Computer literate
5. Bachelors degree in Agriculture/Horticulture incl. marketing and sales education
Competence能力要求:
1. Strong experience in flower seeds sales and better understand Chinese Flower seeds market;
2. Strong ability to manage the sales team by professional sales and floriculture knowledge (varieties ,cultivation skills and etc.)
3. Better communication skill with Syngenta flower team in spoken and written both English and Native Chinese languages.
