Follow up the trial plans perfectly and make it to be executed on time. 2. Ensure the collection of trial seeds & check hybrid seeds on right time 3. Follow up whether the trials are implemented by the Trial officer 4. Summarize the trials (planned, implemented, successful and failure trials) at frequent period and report to PE Manager 5. Seed receiving from different sources-Breeders/Product Managers 6. Maintain the record of received seed 7. Translate Crop Trial plans into Provincial Trial Plans 8. Dispatch the seed as per plan to the Trials Officers as per locations 9. Maintaining the record of seed acknowledgement also 10. Maintain the seed stock (trial entries & checks) 11. Also maintain the stock of check seed to timely supply the seed 12. Compile the all locations monthly reports as per direction of Trial Manager 13. Preparation of contracts for leased lands 14. Maintain the agreements properly 15. Keep watch on the payment of trials as per agreements 16. Coordinate the Field Visits(with different functions) 17. Receiving and maintaining the record of trial expenses 18. Receiving & maintaining the record of staff travel, etc. expense Requirements: 1. Ability to plan and organize the work to be done 2. Has high working standards and reliable execution 3. Ability to summarize the planned, running & finished trials 4. At least 2 years related field experience in agriculture experimentation 5. Experience in co-ordination or managing a team is highly preferred 6. Skill in data analysis & reporting 7. Excellence in using MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) 8. Basic English 9.
